Doug Leeby
Doug Leeby

Chief Executive Officer

Doug Leeby is the CEO of Beeline, the largest independent leader in software solutions for sourcing and managing the
extended workforce. Doug has more than 25 years of sales, product, marketing, and management experience— including 16
in the technology sector. Doug joined Beeline in 2002 as Vice President of Product Management, where he was
instrumental in overseeing and facilitating the strategic direction of Beeline’s suite of solutions. In 2003, Doug
assumed responsibility for the sales organization and enabled strong, double-digit year-over-year growth. In 2005, Doug
gained additional responsibility for overseeing business development, marketing, and the talent management business
unit as Senior Vice President. After Adecco Group acquired Beeline, Doug was named President of Beeline in July 2010.
Doug served in this role until December 2016 when private equity firm GTCR acquired Beeline. At that time, Doug became
CEO of Beeline, and remains in that role, where he oversaw the successful integration of Beeline and IQNavigator. Doug
has been included on Staffing Industry Analyst’s list of the “100 Most Influential People in Staffing” every year since
2012. He attended Vanderbilt University, where he received a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in History.

Colleen Tiner
Colleen Tiner
Senior Vice President, Product Management

Colleen Tiner is Senior Vice President of Product Management at Beeline. Colleen joined Beeline’s product management team in 2005. After three years managing new product development, she was asked to lead major development programs across all product lines. She has been responsible for product strategy, planning, and marketing programs related to Beeline’s flagship Vendor Management System (VMS) product line. In 2014, her focus shifted to strategic oversight of new solutions and innovation, including Adecco’s recently acquired OnForce, which introduced OnForce Sourcing, the industry’s first self-sourcing plugin for VMS, in June 2015. Industry watchers describe Tiner as a visionary leader in the VMS segment and in the emerging world of online sourcing platforms.

Manuel Roger
Managing Director Europe

Manuel Roger started his career as an IT Systems and Communication Engineer at Air Liquide in Spain. In 1998, Manuel joined Adecco Group as an International IT Project Manager, where he was responsible for front-office solutions, online testing, and e-commerce platforms. In 2002, Manuel became an IT International Procurement Manager and Consultant for Adecco Group. He then successfully created and directed Adecco Group’s Global Procurement Department, covering indirect spend categories worldwide. In early 2011, after two years as Adecco Group’s LATAM Zone Finance Director, Manuel became SVP International Product Management at Beeline to develop Beeline’s product and service offerings outside the U.S. He is currently serving as Beeline’s SVP of EMEA Markets and Operations. Manuel holds an MBA from EM Lyon (France), he is a French citizen, and is married with four children.

Autumn Vaupel is COO for Beeline. Autumn has an extremely impressive track record in operations
management, with over
16 years of experience within the technology and professional services industry. Prior to joining
Beeline in 2012,
Autumn was the Vice President of Professional Services with Blackbaud Inc., where she commenced in
2006. Blackbaud is
based in Charleston, South Carolina and is recognized as the leading provider of software solutions
for the non-profit
sector. In this role, Autumn was responsible for all aspects of business management, including
providing the strategic
vision, business development, operations and staff development, profit and loss management,
influencing product
direction, client management and the implementation of Blackbaud’s product suite for their client
base. Prior to
working at Backbaud, Autumn spent eight years working and consulting with SAP America in
Application and Product
Development, focused on the retail industry sector. This extensive business experience,
demonstrated leadership
capability and technical expertise makes her a vital addition to our team, as we continue to cement
ourselves as the
leading VMS technology organization globally.

Ron Litton
Ron Litton
Executive Vice President, Global Sales

Ron Litton has 18 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management in the Staffing, Solutions and MSP/VMS verticals. He Joined Beeline in 2002 as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Central Region. In that role, Ron was responsible for developing Beeline’s relationships with many of our current clients including Discover Financial Services, The Northern Trust, First Data, The Hartford and many others. In 2006, Ron assumed responsibility for sales management of Beeline’s flagship Contingent Workforce Solutions product line. Prior to joining Beeline, Ron was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Accounts for one of the 20 largest staffing and solutions firms in North America.
